The Management of alkon defines and documents its policy, objectives, and commitment regarding Quality as follows:

The company’s policy is the production, installation, and after-sales support of aluminium frames and specialised constructions that fully meet the needs of its customers and comply with the requirements of applicable legislation.

The above Policy is documented through the operation and continuous improvement of an integrated and effective Quality Management System, which is always in accordance with the ISO 9001 & SEKA Q.SYSTEM standards.

The Company provides and allocates all necessary financial resources for the continuous updating and training of its personnel, while also maintaining the required modern equipment, ensuring that its capabilities are aligned with the highest quality requirements accepted by its customers.

The Management Representative for Quality matters is authorised to develop, document, and implement all necessary measures for the establishment and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System. They are also authorised to identify and investigate quality issues in all areas and activities of the company, as well as to propose and coordinate the necessary actions for their resolution. Furthermore, they monitor the achievement of quality objectives on an annual basis through the Quality Management System Review process.

In addition, the company’s policy is the continuous improvement of the quality of the services it provides, taking every necessary measure to encourage its employees to actively and creatively participate in achieving the goal of continuous quality improvement.

The company requires all its employees to faithfully implement the provisions of the relevant Quality Procedures and undertakes to provide administrative and financial support for the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring that:

  • its services meet the requirements and needs of its customers and comply with the applicable legislation whenever required
  • customers’ trust in the company continuously increases, its market share expands, and new business activities are developed
  • the company continuously complies with the requirements of the adopted Quality Management System
  • the company takes all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of its personnel and workplace facilities, and
  • any customer complaints that may arise, as well as problems and non-conformities with the specified requirements of the Quality Management System, are recorded and resolved through predefined procedures that include the elimination of the underlying causes.
